Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping fees. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please email sales@thesunlessstore.com and reference your order number. We will evaluate your request for return and will forward a return shipping label upon approval.
*Tents, backdrops and extraction fans are final sale. Tents are guaranteed for defects in workmanship and fabric only- this does not extend to the spring steel frame which is carefully inspected before leaving the factory. Notice of defect must be made within 7 days of delivery. As with any pop up tent, caution must be used while collapsing to avoid tweaking the frame. DO NOT FORCE THE FOLD. If folded correctly, the panels should tuck into each other naturally. The folding technique may take a bit of practice, but it will fold down to it's original circular shape.
Shipping Policy
We ship to the United States, APO's and FPO's and Canada. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Shipment processing time
When you place an order we will ship your order as soon as possible, but please allow 24 hours for processing. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Some items that we carry are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer on their time frame.
Delivery Estimates
Please note that carrier provided transit times are just an estimate and USPS does not guarantee delivery dates.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
The Sunless Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages & Lost Packages
At The Sunless Store, we strive to ensure that your orders are processed promptly and shipped securely. However, once your package is handed off to the carrier, responsibility for its safe delivery lies with the shipping carrier.
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, we will assist you by providing the necessary details to file a claim with the carrier and advocating on your behalf where possible. Please note that The Sunless Store is not liable for products lost or damaged during transit.
To file a claim for a damaged shipment, please retain all original packaging and the damaged items. Contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate the claims process.
